For small installs and straightforward repairs that typically take about a day (or less), we charge:

 

• $75 per hour (handyman work)

 

 

Projects Beyond a Simple Handyman Day

 

When a job grows beyond a simple one-day handyman scope—because it involves multiple trades, coordinated scheduling, ordering/picking up materials, detailed scope management, or ongoing oversight—our pricing is:

 

• $75 per hour for labor, plus

• a 29% markup on all labor and materials

 

Clear and consistent.

 

 

Not “Fly-by-Night” Handyman Work

 

There are plenty of people who can show up and “give it a go.” That’s not what we do.

 

We’re a real, established local business with decades of construction experience, and we’re careful about what work we take on. If a project calls for a licensed trade (electrical, plumbing, structural, permitting, etc.), we’ll tell you—and we can recommend trusted licensed subcontractors. We do this because we care about safety, durability, and keeping work to code.

 

Many handyman outfits will attempt almost anything. The problem is: building codes exist for a reason, and not every task should be handled as a casual “repair.” Our approach protects your home and protects you.
